" It took me forever to accept myself because so many of my peers didn't accept me growing up. I had the mindset of only feeling accepted if it came from them. Meanwhile, I pushed away loved ones that accepted me for who I was and loved me unconditionally as I tried to gain acceptance from random people. My family and friends, that have become family, helped me accept and love myself. That was one of the largest things I have conquered in my life so far. Now, I feel free to be myself because of them. For this, I am eternally grateful."

The "We are the Revolution tours allow is a result of the educational programming around my personal exhibition "Who we are: the will to adorn. Within these tours students are provided a lecture, pop up exhibit, an intimate portrait session, and a student photography exhibit. The interactive photography session allows students and educators to be involved in titling each exhibition.
